Role Overview
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Electronically process high volume supplier invoices on an automatic validation system, using purchase orders and nominal ledger postings and following through a signing, authorising and posting process
Proactive inspection for duplicate invoices and locking thereof.
Chasing up credit notes and outstanding returns
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details accurately
Efficiently responding to internal and external customer queries either by telephone or email
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, using an automated validation system
Demonstrable experience of verifying and electronically processing high volume invoices for payment, using in-house systems
Excellent organisational & administrative skills
Experience within the property and construction industry would be advantageous
An AAT qualification, qualified or part qualified, would be beneficial
