We are seeking a Front of House Shift Leader at our Family Entertainment Centre in Cirencester. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience while maintaining the high standards of our center. Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to ensure smooth running of the center.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support.
Deliver excellent guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Oversee health and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Coordinate with team members to organize activities and events.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
Support and development of staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a hospitality or family entertainment setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism.
Flexibility to work during peak times including weekends.
Previous experience in guest services is preferred.

Pay: £14.44 per hour
