This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our first step once you have applied, is a brief values evaluation. It highlights the qualities that matter in our work and helps both of us see whether the role is a good fit.

About the Service:

15 individuals with learning disabilities being supported.

We are able to employ some none-drivers, however location is rural so anyone applying would need to be confident they could meet the shift times/requirements.

Limited to how many non-drivers we can take as we rely on staff driving the service vehicles to support individuals to access the community, appointments, activities etc.

Shift patterns as follows:

7.30-3.30pm

1.30-9.30pm

2.30-10.30pm sleep in (10.30pm-7.30am)

Every other weekend off. Weekend shifts the same apart from 8am start instead of 7.30am.
