Full job description

Why we have this job:

This is a key support role within the Supply Chain function at Tata Consumer Products Ltd. reporting into the Customer Service Manager

The role is based at the Eaglescliffe Manufacturing facility and is responsible for processing customer orders in an accurate timely manner throughout each stage from Customer requirements to invoice generation within agreed customer service target levels.

You’ll be accountable for:

· Customer order capture and conversion to delivery, covering both manual entry and system generated orders.

· Resolving customer queries and responding efficiently to information requests.

· Building effective relationships with external customers and internal functions, principally commercial Account managers, Finance and Planning.

· Daily contact with customers and 3rd party logistics providers.

· Provide support within the wider customer service team during periods of high volume, holidays and absence.

· Delivering a customer centric approach to service and support

The Scope:

· Customer Order Accuracy

· Customer Invoice Accuracy

· No people management responsibilities

· Accurate customer communication

· Customer relationship building

To be great at this job you will need:

· Excellent communicator with all stakeholders

· Great attention to detail

· Ability to problem solve

· Time focused and understanding the requirement to work to deadlines.

· Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and react to changing situations.

· A working knowledge of business systems (SAP)

· Ability to present facts in a clear and concise manner.

· Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively across the Supply Chain Function

· Ability to manage time and remain calm when faced with customer pressures

Job Summary
