Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Posting Clerk to join our administrative team. This role involves managing various clerical and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate posting and record-keeping. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and professional phone etiquette to support the smooth operation of our office functions. Duties

Manage and process posting tasks efficiently using relevant software programmes such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
Perform data entry with accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date and correctly filed
Handle incoming calls professionally, providing courteous assistance and directing enquiries as appropriate
Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate easy retrieval of information
Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling
Support team members with clerical duties to ensure office operations run smoothly
Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
