Location: Speechmark, London + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in shaping how VodafoneThree brings its household and convergence strategy to life. Working at the heart of one of the most exciting growth areas in the business, you’ll help design and deliver propositions that bring together mobile, broadband, entertainment, and services into simple, compelling offers for every UK home. From early concept through to launch, you’ll support high-impact initiatives that drive customer growth, engagement, and long-term value—while collaborating with teams across Commercial, Digital, Marketing, UX, and Delivery.

Support the development and delivery of VodafoneThree’s convergence strategy, ensuring a clear link between long-term vision and in-market execution
Help design and launch customer-focused propositions, using insight and data to identify opportunities and shape compelling offers
Own the targeting approach for the family segment and contribute to the marketing roadmap
Optimize how propositions are presented across digital and owned channels to improve visibility, targeting, and conversion
Shape and evolve loyalty and engagement initiatives, including the integration of VeryMe into the broader customer experience
Contribute to key trading events and campaigns, ensuring propositions are clear, impactful, and well-executed across channels
Use performance data and customer insight to continuously refine propositions and improve outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

You understand the UK consumer connectivity market or bring a strong curiosity to learn quickly
You bring strong commercial awareness and can prioritize opportunities that deliver the greatest value
