Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Spa Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service to develop their skills within a luxurious spa setting. The Spa Attendant will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience to all visitors, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the spa facilities.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and communal spaces
Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-stocked, organised, and functioning properly
Assist with setting up treatment rooms prior to appointments and cleaning after treatments
Monitor guest comfort levels and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
Uphold health and safety protocols at all times, including infection control procedures
Support the janitorial team in maintaining overall cleanliness of the spa premises
Provide information about available treatments and services to guests as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends if required
A professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
