You’re a Software Engineer looking to join an early stage engineering team in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an early stage, where your contributions will have a visible and lasting impact. You’ll have autonomy, working alongside engineers and product leaders from some of the world’s most respected technology companies to drive forward the product and organisation.

You’ll work across the full stack, moving from designing robust backend systems to contributing to intuitive, high quality user experiences. You will help shape the architecture, and ship new features at a fast but sustainable pace. Ideas move from concept to production quickly. If you thrive in an environment that values momentum, autonomy, and high standards, this role will suit you perfectly.

You’ll be given the freedom and trust to do their best work. You will be encouraged to take initiative, explore new technologies, and make meaningful decisions that shape both the product and the culture of the company. Collaboration is central to how the team works, based in central London, they believe a contribution of in the office with some time at home allows both strong relationships to be built and deep focused work to be done.

Ideally, you who have experience building software products from scratch and who enjoy working in fast moving, ambiguous environments. You may have a background in startups or high-growth technology companies and be looking for the next challenge where you can combine hands on coding with creative problem-solving.
