Full job description

We are looking for a passionate chef de partie to join our team, a team that takes pride in fresh, good quality food.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Understanding of food safety procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours

Experience

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.
Strong culinary skills with an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

Weekly share of Tronc Gratuities on top of hourly wage.
