Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking to join a supportive team in a high-quality private dental practice? We’re currently looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and help us deliver an exceptional patient experience.

About Us:
We are a fully private dental practice committed to providing top-tier patient care in a calm, professional environment. Our team is warm, close-knit, and passionate about dentistry. We use Dentally software to manage our practice efficiently and offer patients the best possible service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting patients and managing front desk operations with a friendly, professional attitude
Booking and managing appointments using Dentally
Handling patient enquiries in person, via phone, and email
Processing payments and managing patient records
Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a dental or medical receptionist role
Comfortable using dental software (experience with Dentally is a bonus)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
