Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Duties

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and content marketing.
Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
Create compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages to attract and convert audiences.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing online communities.
Coordinate with design teams to produce visual content using Adobe Photoshop that aligns with brand standards.
Execute email marketing campaigns from planning through execution; segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Lead B2B (business-to-business) marketing efforts by developing strategies tailored to professional clients and partners.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support lead generation efforts.

Skills

Proven management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion while coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and tools to enhance online visibility organically.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on organization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing digital content.
Experience working with WordPress platforms for website updates and content management.
Skilled in utilizing Google Ads for paid advertising campaigns that maximize ROI.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
Exceptional copywriting skills to craft clear, persuasive messages across various digital formats.
Expertise in social media management tools for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing results.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate within teams and engage target audiences.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations for seamless workflow integration.
