The role
This is a Lead, hands-on UX role for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and working directly with clients.
You’ll lead discovery, research and UX design across multiple projects, helping charities solve complex problems and create digital experiences that genuinely improve outcomes for their audiences.
You’ll be trusted to independently own projects from discovery through to approved wireframes and handover into visual design and development.
This is not a role focused on a single product, roadmap or stakeholder group. At any given time, you’ll likely be balancing several client projects simultaneously, alongside supporting existing clients and contributing to new business conversations where appropriate.
One morning you might be facilitating a stakeholder workshop for a hospice. That afternoon you could be reviewing research findings for an environmental charity. The following day you might be presenting wireframes to a membership organisation while helping another client solve a navigation challenge.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys that pace and variety.
