Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and pristine environment throughout their stay. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience in janitorial or cleaning services demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
