Full job description

The role will primarily involve working within the sales and design team, producing gas, water and electric utility quotations, and supporting the wider business. The ideal candidate will have relevant utility industry and commercial experience or alternatively you will be a dynamic individual looking for their first opportunity within the growing energy and utilities sector.

Key Tasks: -

Manage customer enquires
Obtain minimum information required to accurately quote MU projects
Understand customer requirements
Update project trackers on a daily basis
Assist with producing business reports for senior management
Interface with Network Owners
Apply to IGT/IDNO’s for Asset value quotations
General design and sales administrative duties
Updating business process database (Salesforce)
Supporting the wider business as necessary
Promoting Phoenix Utilities with external stake holders

Key Accountabilities: -

Keep up to date with current technical standards, developments and company practice.
To ensure customer SLA’s are met
Planning of future works with their manager or office support team to maximise their production.
To always promote a positive company image

What we are looking for: -

Understanding of utility and energy sector or technical equivalent
IT literacy and ability to use computer packages to area of work.
Accurate numeracy
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Salesforce Database
Customer centric approach in all activities
Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Taking responsibility and ownership
Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm
Accuracy and attention to detail
Organised and methodical approach to working
Excellent time keeping and time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
