BMW Service Advisor
OTE £37,600

Due to internal progression, Ocean BMW is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, premium environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

The Role
As a BMW Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey, ensuring they receive a seamless, professional experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering outstanding customer service in line with BMW and Ocean Group standards.
Managing customer bookings, vehicle check-ins and handovers.
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Liaising with technicians, Workshop Control and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Presenting Vehicle Health Check findings and recommending additional work where appropriate.
Resolving customer queries professionally and effectively.
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
Contributing to customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets.

About You
We're looking for someone who:

Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Is organised, proactive and able to thrive in a busy environment.
Enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Works well as part of a team.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours
42.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday on a rotating shift pattern:

7:30am - 4:30pm
8:00am - 5:00pm
9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8:30am - 1:00pm)
