We will be interviewing applicants as and when we receive successful applications - so don’t delay in sending your application!
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging teacher to lead Business Enterprise experiences with small groups and 1:1 learners at our South and East London schools (1 day per site). You’ll deliver hands-on, inspiring sessions using our creative, real-world business curriculum — everything from sneaker start-ups to cheese toastie cafés, dog walking ventures to vintage resale shops.
You’ll also work closely with our BTEC team to support coursework completion, ensure high-quality delivery, and develop vocational content.
Want to work full time? You can supplement this role with core subject teaching (Maths, English, Science) across London.

- Launch a hand-decorated sneaker shop and sell on Etsy.
- Organise a music event or market at school with real vendors and performers.
- Design and run a café, including digital menus and marketing.
- Build a sports coaching company, or explore careers in hair, beauty, or social media influencing.
Your job: Guide students through every step — from ideation and market research to execution, branding, and tracking profit.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, engaging Business Enterprise lessons to students.
- Support BTEC coursework marking, moderation, and development.
- Plan and lead practical projects that culminate in real business experiences.
- Work collaboratively with other staff, TAs and vocational leaders.
