Business Development Executive (B2B Appointment Setter / SDR)
Eastbourne, East Sussex | Full-time, office-based | £24,420 to £30,000 depending on experience
You will spend your days on the phone to senior decision-makers, opening commercial conversations on behalf of respected B2B businesses and booking qualified meetings. You will not be closing sales, selling products to consumers, or working from a script. You will be making 50+ professional outbound calls a day, and if that sounds energising rather than exhausting, keep reading.

They trust us to represent their brand at a senior level and create the conversations that lead to real commercial opportunities.
We are growing, and we are hiring Business Development Executives to grow with us.
What you will actually do
- Make high-quality outbound calls to directors and senior decision-makers
- Open conversations, build rapport and book qualified meetings for clients
- Follow up by email and LinkedIn as part of structured campaigns
- Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM (Close)
- Work across 3 to 4 client campaigns, so no two days are the same
Once a meeting is booked, our client takes it from there. Your job is to open the door, not close the deal.

Experience in outbound calling, sales, recruitment, customer service or hospitality helps, but attitude matters more than CV. We will teach you the rest.
This role is not right for you if you want remote working, dislike being on the phone, or want a role without activity targets. We would rather be honest now than waste your time.
