Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality bespoke furniture pieces, supporting our company's mission of craftsmanship excellence.
Responsibilities

Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to ensure precise fabrication of furniture components.
Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality.
Set up and calibrate equipment for different projects.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specifications.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Maintain accurate records of production processes and outputs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Operator within the furniture or woodworking industry.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks.
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tooling, milling, grinding, and power tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and use hand tools effectively.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
