We're looking for a full-time credit controller to join our expanding team. You will be a confident self-starter with a positive can-do-attitude who has the desire to learn, develop, and get stuck into this role.
You will be well versed in consumer credit control practise and processes, with excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Start Date - Role available immediately for the right candidate
Location - The role is based in Hove near Brighton and you are required to be in the office 4 out of 5 days of the week. You must live within a commutable distance to our Hove office.

THE ROLE:
All aspects of credit control to include but not limited to:
- Manage the aged debt book across all regions
- Maintain aged debt at appropriate levels
- Actively reduce default rate
- Contacting customers by telephone and email to chase payment for invoices
- Liaising between with customers and third party finance providers to provide excellent service.
- Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring they are reconciled in a timely fashion
- dealing with internal and external queries
SKILL RANGE:
- Experience in credit control is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Good mathematical & computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
