Located right on the seafront, our hotel has been recognized internationally, winning the International Hotel & Property Award in 2021 and being featured in Condé Nast Traveler, Absolute Magazine, and Marie Claire. With our contemporary design and focus on sustainability, Port is not just hotel – it’s an experience!

We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our friendly and professional team on part-time and full-time basis. If you are passionate about hospitality, love delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy working in a stylish, welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing:

Providing warm, professional service to guests in our bar, restaurant and hotel reception
Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience
Checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and assisting with queries
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas
Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team

What We Are Looking For:

A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for great hospitality
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming approach
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
