Overview

Friday evening session 6-7 PM player ages 6-12

Join our dynamic team as a Football Coach and ignite passion for the sport while fostering teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among players. In this role, you will help provide engaging training sessions, develop players technical ability and inspire athletes to reach their full potential. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a positive sporting environment that encourages skill development, sportsmanship, and resilience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on athletes’ lives while honing your coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive training sessions that improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
Motivate players to achieve personal bests through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
Monitor player performance during practices, providing individualized guidance for improvement
Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship
Coordinate with other coaches and support staff to ensure seamless team operations
Work effectively with other coaches during the session

Requirements

Minimum UEFA C license
Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on football or similar team sports
Strong teaching abilities to effectively communicate techniques, strategies, and feedback
Passion for developing athletes’ skills while emphasizing discipline and fair play
Ability to motivate diverse groups of players and adapt coaching methods as needed
Excellent organizational skills for planning practices, managing schedules, and tracking progress
Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention measures in sports settings
