Full job description

The Children in Care Administration Assistant provides essential administrative and secretarial support to a busy safeguarding team. The role involves managing communications, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating appointments and reports, and supporting clinicians to ensure efficient, timely care for children in care

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children in Care team.

Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring timely responses.

Maintain accurate patient records on systems such as SystmOne and PAS.

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children in Care team.

Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring timely responses.

Maintain accurate patient records on systems such as SystmOne and PAS.

Liaise with professionals, social workers and external organisations.

Support general office functions.
