As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Trainee Homecare Appliance Specialists to join our team.
No previous appliance experience is required.
We’ll provide all the training, coaching, support, and development you need to build a successful long-term career.
About the Role
As a Trainee Homecare Appliance Specialist, you’ll visit existing Homecare customers in their homes, helping them care for and maintain the appliances that keep their households running smoothly.
You’ll learn how to professionally service, maintain, clean, and care for household appliances while providing expert advice and building strong customer relationships.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, appliance maintenance, professional cleaning, problem solving, and customer advice.
No two days are ever the same.
Your Responsibilities
* Visiting existing Homecare customers in their homes
* Professionally servicing and maintaining small domestic appliances
* Cleaning and restoring appliances to help maximise performance and lifespan
* Carrying out appliance health checks and preventative maintenance
* Identifying wear, damage, and potential future issues
* Advising customers on appliance care and maintenance
* Building strong and lasting customer relationships
* Explaining the benefits of Homecare’s Peace of Mind appliance protection plans
* Helping customers understand how they can protect the appliances they rely on most
* Demonstrating and showcasing Homecare products that may benefit the customer and their home
* Delivering exceptional customer service and professional advice
* Representing the Homecare brand with professionalism and pride
