Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House/Bar Staff to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service from greeting patrons to serving food and drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant environment that values teamwork and positivity.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and valued
Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper serving techniques
Serve drinks, cocktails and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure all food safety standards are followed diligently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Manage table turnover smoothly by coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members
Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and provide correct change
Maintain a clean, organized work area including bar, dining space, and service stations
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a tidy environment at all times
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly with a positive attitude

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages
Strong serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
A friendly, energetic demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
