Senior Marketing Manager Eddie Abbew / Abbew CrewFull-Time | Senior Position | Hybrid

Abbew Crew is a rapidly growing online health and nutrition community built around the principles and approach of Eddie Abbew.

Through Eddie’s established social media platforms, Abbew Crew provides education, motivation, information and community support for people looking to change the way they eat and take greater control of their health.

Alongside the online community, the wider Eddie Abbew brand includes health and nutrition books, educational and information-based publications, cookbooks, merchandise, digital content, social media platforms and future products and projects.

With an established audience and highly engaged community, we believe there is significant opportunity to grow both the reach and commercial potential of the brand.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and help take Abbew Crew and the wider Eddie Abbew brand to the next level.

The Role

This is much more than a social media management position. We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture — someone who can lead and organise a team, develop marketing strategies, create new ideas, build valuable brand affiliations and identify opportunities to monetise and grow an established personal brand. You will work closely with Eddie and the existing team, taking responsibility for developing and overseeing marketing across Abbew Crew and the wider Eddie Abbew brand.

A major part of the role will be identifying the commercial opportunities that come with Eddie’s established audience — from memberships and product sales to brand partnerships, affiliations, sponsorships, collaborations and new revenue streams. We want someone pro-active who brings ideas to the table, spots opportunities and knows how to turn those opportunities into results. This is a hybrid position, combining remote working with in-person collaboration with Eddie and the wider team when required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for Abbew Crew and the Eddie Abbew brand
Drive growth in Abbew Crew memberships, including acquisition, conversion and retention
Develop strategies to monetise Eddie’s large and engaged social media audience
Identify and develop brand affiliations, commercial partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations
Proactively approach and negotiate with suitable brands and potential commercial partners
Ensure brand partnerships are relevant, credible and aligned with Eddie and the Abbew Crew audience
Identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities across the business
Develop and execute campaigns for books and publications, educational resources, books, merchandise, memberships and future products
Create strategies that convert social media reach and engagement into measurable revenue
Manage, organise and provide direction to the existing content and social media team
Create clear marketing calendars, campaigns, deadlines and responsibilities
Improve sales funnels, landing pages, email marketing and customer journeys
Analyse sales, conversions, engagement, ROI and audience behaviour
Develop promotional campaigns, launches and offers
Identify opportunities for collaborations with other creators, experts, businesses and organisations
Generate fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant, innovative and growing
Establish clear KPIs and regularly report on marketing and commercial performance
Help develop the long-term commercial strategy for Abbew Crew and the Eddie Abbew brand

Brand Partnerships & Monetisation

Experience in brand affiliation and monetisation is particularly important to us.

We are looking for someone who understands how to take an established personal brand and audience and create commercially successful opportunities without compromising the credibility of the brand.

You should be confident identifying opportunities such as:

Brand partnerships and affiliations
Sponsorships
Affiliate relationships
Strategic collaborations
Membership growth
Product and merchandise sales
Book and publication sales
Digital products and resources
E-commerce opportunities
New products, services and revenue streams

Ideally, you will have previous experience negotiating commercial partnerships and generating revenue through an influencer, creator, health, fitness or personal brand.

We are looking for someone with significant proven marketing experience who understands both brand building and commercial growth.

The successful candidate should be:

Highly experienced in digital and social media marketing
Experienced in brand affiliations, sponsorships and commercial partnerships
Experienced in monetising large social media audiences or personal brands
Commercially minded and focused on generating measurable revenue and growth
Experienced in managing and organising creative or marketing teams
Confident working with a high-profile personal brand
Experienced with e-commerce and online customer acquisition
Comfortable analysing data, conversions, ROI and campaign performance
Creative and capable of developing new concepts and commercial opportunities
Highly organised and able to turn ideas into structured plans
A strong communicator and negotiator
Proactive, ambitious and comfortable taking ownership
Able to balance commercial opportunities with maintaining the authenticity and integrity of the Eddie Abbew brand

Experience with paid advertising, email marketing, CRM systems, sales funnels, Shopify/e-commerce, community platforms, analytics and product launches would also be highly advantageous.What Success Looks LikeWe want someone who can help us:
