Full job description

HR Recruiter / HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / HR Manager to join our growing Health care organisation. This is a varied role combining end-to-end recruitment with generalist HR responsibilities, reporting directly to the Directors. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, supporting managers, maintaining HR compliance, and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
Develop recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other talent attraction methods.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Oversee HR administration, employee records, contracts, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, Right to Work checks, Home Office requirements, and CQC standards.
Maintain HR systems, recruitment trackers, and produce HR and recruitment reports.
Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR and recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in HR and Recruitment (Health & Social Care experience is highly desirable).
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and general HR management.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience handling employee relations and HR compliance.
Confident using ATS, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (desirable).
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
