Marigold Montessori is a brand-new Montessori preschool in the heart of Edgware, created with a simple vision: to provide exceptional early years education in a beautiful, nurturing, child-centred environment.

We are seeking an outstanding Montessori professional to join our founding team and play a key role in shaping the future of the school.

This is more than a teaching position. It is an opportunity to influence culture, inspire colleagues, support families, and help create a Montessori setting that becomes recognised as one of the leading preschools in the area.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Whether you are currently a Senior Educator, Room Leader or an ambitious practitioner with leadership potential, we would love to hear from you.

You will work closely with the Director and wider team to:

Deliver exceptional Montessori education and care
Lead by example within the classroom
Support and mentor junior team members
Build strong relationships with parents and families
Maintain beautifully prepared Montessori environments
Promote high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and professional practice
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the school

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Montessori qualified (AMI, MCI, MACTE, or equivalent) and/or hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experienced in a Montessori or high-quality early years environment
Passionate about child-led learning and respectful practice
Confident, organised, and professional
A positive role model for children and colleagues
Committed to delivering exceptional standards of care and education
Eager to grow professionally and take on leadership responsibilities

Previous leadership or management experience would be advantageous but is not essential for the right individual.
