Property Support Assistant

About Us

As part of a wider property group, we also work closely with KnightBain Estate Agents and Intelligent Repairs, giving our team exposure to a broad range of property-related services. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and friendly working environment where individuals can develop their skills and build long-term careers within the property industry.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Support Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within the property sector and develop valuable administration, customer service, and property management skills.

The role will involve supporting our Property Management team with a variety of office-based and field-based tasks, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with property viewings and accompanying prospective tenants where required.
Carrying out routine property inspections and reporting findings.
Supporting check-ins and check-outs of rental properties.
Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems.
Assisting with diary management and appointment scheduling.
Handling customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
Preparing and organising property-related documentation.
Supporting landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues with administrative tasks.
Assisting with key management and property access arrangements.
Ensuring company records remain accurate and up to date.
Providing general administrative support across the business.

What We're Looking For

We are more interested in attitude than experience. The successful candidate will be:

Friendly, professional, and approachable.
Well organised with good attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Confident using computers and learning new software systems.
Interested in property, customer service, or business administration.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous customer service or administrative experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
