Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and working with systems and data? We're looking for a People Systems Administrator to join our Human Resources Unit and help support the systems and processes that underpin the employee experience for over 2,000 colleagues across Scotland.

Working closely with colleagues and court users, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a structured environment, with access to ongoing training, clear development pathways, and the benefits of public sector employment—including job security and a competitive pension.

What you’ll do:

As part of the People Systems and Analytics Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people systems operate effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing team mailboxes and responding to people systems enquiries
Running, checking and distributing reports
Supporting system upgrades, testing and improvement activities
Creating and maintaining guidance documents, FAQs and process documentation
Providing finance administration support, including raising purchase orders and responding to queries
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through process reviews, standard work procedures and process mapping activities

What we’re looking for:

Experience using a variety of IT systems and software packages
Strong administrative and customer service skills
The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience responding to enquiries, resolving issues and escalating more complex matters appropriately
Confidence in learning new systems and adapting to change
