Full job description

As a Level 2 /3 Fitness Instructor, you’re confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you’ve been training for a while or just recently qualified, it’s important that you’ve achieved the REPs Level 2 minimum. The role is currently for Casual Instructor with the opportunity of regular hours

Excellent customer service and member engagement is a non negotiable

The job role involves:

-Delivery of our unique Energize program
- Induction sessions
- Group Fitness classes
- Changing room checks to ensure cleanliness
- Maintenance of gym equipment
- Gym cleaning to expected standards
- Pool water testing/Pool Maintenance/Pool Plant

- Daily Club Operations

- Reception

-Member bookings and customer journey

Outside of your shift, we encourage to perform 1-2-1 sessions, where all the income goes to you. You are able to bring non members into the club at a discounted rate

You must be adaptable and quick thinking on your feet as we are a small team and community health Club so you will be required to work on your own initiative in certain areas of the job.

The right candidate will be an asset to the small team and hard work is acknowledged.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £12.21-£12.80 per hour
