Full job description

Edinburgh Honey Co. is a premium, founder-led food brand rooted in quality, sustainability, and provenance. We sell across two Edinburgh stores, online, and through wholesale - and we're growing.

We're looking for friendly, energetic and reliable Retail & Events Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves working across our Edinburgh shops and supporting us at markets, events and seasonal pop-ups throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities

Assisting customers in our retail shops
Learning about our products and telling their story
Operating tills and handling daily shop duties
Supporting stock organisation and merchandising
Assisting with tasting events, markets and trade shows
Helping with event setup and breakdown
Representing the brand with excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and confident personality
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and proactive attitude
Ability to work weekends and busy seasonal periods
Interest in food, sustainability and local products
Retail or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
