Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the windows of residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors and develop valuable skills in customer service and communication. A valid driving licence is essential to facilitate travel between sites. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently.

Responsibilities

Clean windows of various sizes and heights, both internally and externally, using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions.
Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and address any concerns.
Maintain equipment, including squeegees, brushes, and safety harnesses, ensuring they are in good condition.
Organise daily schedules efficiently to maximise productivity across multiple sites.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work.
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and punctual at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using safety equipment safely.
