Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Part Time Operations Assistant to support our daily business functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in management, hospitality, and guest services to gain valuable experience within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Duties

Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient business functioning
Support management in organising schedules, meetings, and events
Provide excellent guest services by welcoming visitors and addressing their needs
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
Maintain organised records of bookings, supplies, and other administrative documents
Help oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the premises
Contribute to the implementation of health and safety protocols within the workplace
Support special projects or initiatives as directed by management

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential
