Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, in a welcoming environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a vibrant salon setting, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. A strong focus on customer service and communication is essential to build lasting client relationships and promote our range of beauty services.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment following health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments.
Make personalised recommendations for additional beauty services like makeup application or skincare products.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously throughout their visit.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of makeup application is a plus, enhancing the range of services offered to clients.
Strong communication skills are vital for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
Experience in customer service roles will be advantageous, demonstrating the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills can flourish while providing clients with outstanding beauty treatments. We value professionalism, creativity, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
