Launching in 2026, Matchday Collective is a streetwear brand inspired by fashion, sport culture, and music. We create premium, ethically made streetwear that blends high-end design with precision detailing, using materials like heavyweight cotton, microfiber, and brushed fleece. Our collections feature exclusive collaborations, one-off pieces, and limited drops, each designed to make a statement and tell its own story. We’re shaping the future of matchday fashion and looking for ambitious, creative, motivated people to join us and be part of our growth.

As part of the FANPARK family, you’ll also play a key role in shaping a wider ambassador and influencer programme for the UK’s biggest fan experience brand, as well as contributing to the global Ambassador Programme for the World Cup. It’s a unique opportunity to work across both Matchday Collective and FANPARK, gaining exposure to large-scale campaigns and activations.

The Voluntary Role
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to help grow Matchday Collective’s presence and build relationships with influencers and tastemakers. You’ll get hands-on experience researching and reaching out to influencers, coordinating campaigns, and working closely with the marketing team to connect our brand with audiences online.
It’s a unique opportunity to build your portfolio, learn from a growing brand, and play a key role in shaping the future of matchday fashion.

What You’ll Do
* Influencer Research: Identify potential partners across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and more
* Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and maintain strong relationships
* Campaign Support: Help plan and execute influencer-led campaigns, product drops, and content collaborations
* Reporting & Tracking: Monitor influencer activity, engagement, and performance metrics
* Content Collaboration: Support content creation alongside influencers to ensure it aligns with the brand aesthetic
* Brainstorming & Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas for influencer campaigns and activations

What We’re Looking For
* Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and football/fashion
* Strong communication skills, confident writing emails and speaking with creators
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong eye for detail
* Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer campaigns
* Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools
