£52,500 – £57,500 + Regular overtime x1.5, training, pension etc
Monday – Friday, 05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00 / 21:30 – 06:00

Are you an experienced maintenance engineer or supervisor, looking to join an established manufacturer in a Monday – Friday role offering training, regular overtime and clear routes to progression?

Are you looking for a varied, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where you will manage daily maintenance operations for a small team, whilst remaining hands on?

This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company that have undergone steady growth for a number of years and have made significant investment in new factory machinery.

They are looking for a senior maintenance engineer/team leader to provide hands on maintenance operations, drive performance within the team, contribute to continuous improvement and take ownership of the CMMS.

You will be managing a small but established engineering team, and will be provided with an individualised, structured training plan.

This role would suit a shift lead, supervisor or an experienced engineer looking to make a step up and join a growing, established manufacturing company offering training, overtime and day to day variety as well as an excellent earning potential.

The Role:

Senior Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader
Hands on machinery maintenance
Manage day to day maintenance on shift
Take ownership of CMMS and drive CI
Oversee and develop the PPM schedule

The Candidate:

Experienced maintenance engineer or shift leader
Competent user of CMMS Software
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM
Leadership skills
