Receptionist-salon coordinator for an high end hair and beauty salon

Responsibilities:

Manage the salon
take payments
manage the staff ( creating works shift , payrolls ecc )
bookkeeping
Greet customers and clients in a friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate business owner, employee or assistant.
Answer questions and provide information to customers.
Transfer calls to the appropriate party.
Assist customers with scheduling appointments.
Be prepared to handle emergencies when they arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
