Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Night Concierge. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.

Position: Night Concierge

Location: The Landmark Building, E14

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based within a high end, residential development located a short walk away from Canary Wharf underground station and Heron Quays on the DLR. The development consists of 649 residential apartments, split across two towers and benefits from various amenities including an onsite carpark and a residents’ gym.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
