Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Restaurant Duty Manager, where your leadership and passion for exceptional service will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety standards are met, and create a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and excellence. Your energy and organizational skills will drive the success of our restaurant, making each shift smooth, efficient, and memorable for our patrons.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality.
Lead and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in dishes served.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Manage guest interactions to resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, special requests, and menu changes.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols across the restaurant to uphold health standards.

Requirements

Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in restaurant operations or hotel environments is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure.
Familiarity with serving procedures, hospitality principles, and barista or beverage service is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
