Showroom Sales Advisor (Part-Time) Granite & Quartz Worktops UK Ltd Huddersfield Job Type: Part-Time Hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm (20 hours per week) Salary: National Living Wage + Commission Opportunities Granite & Quartz Worktops UK is a growing family-run business specialising in the supply and installation of Quartz, Granite, Porcelain and Dekton worktops throughout Yorkshire. We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team and become the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom or contacting us by telephone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design and interiors, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities - Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom - Answering incoming telephone and email enquiries - Helping customers choose suitable colours, materials and finishes - Following up quotations and customer enquiries - Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment - Managing daily opening and closing procedures - Supporting with general administration duties - Assisting in converting enquiries into sales What We're Looking For - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Friendly, professional and approachable manner - Reliable, trustworthy and punctual - Sales-focused with a positive attitude - Well organised with good attention to detail - Ability to work independently and use initiative - Interest in interiors, kitchens, home improvement or design would be advantageous Previous experience within the stone or kitchen industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
