Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The Pharmacist will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality service standards while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Be competent in delivering all aspects of Pharmacy First services.

Duties

Supervise the pharmacy team to ensure efficient daily operations and high standards of patient care.
Be a key member, part of the team.
Oversee medication dispensing process from start to finish in a highly organised manner.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety protocols and pharmaceutical legislation.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Manage procurement processes to ensure the availability of essential medications at all times.
Vaccination clinic and hypertension service.

Experience

Proven experience working within a community pharmacy setting.
Demonstrable expertise in patient care, including medication management.
Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly necessary.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Vaccination experience desirable.

Pay: £25.00-£28.00 per hour
