The Opportunity
OCU is delivering complex infrastructure projects where accurate, controlled information is critical to successful delivery. As a Document Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring project documentation is managed, tracked and compliant, supporting teams to work efficiently and safely. If you’re highly organised and want to be at the centre of project coordination and governance, this is it.

Manage document control processes across project and business functions
- Maintain accurate and organised electronic and physical document systems
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals and distribution workflows
- Track document status, revisions and deadlines to ensure timely processing
- Implement and support document control systems and best practices
- Produce reports, logs and document transmittals for project teams
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Liaise with project teams, engineers and stakeholders to resolve document queries
Essential:
- Experience in document control or records management within a regulated environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using document management systems (e.g. SharePoint or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Desirable:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Information Management or similar
- Experience supporting infrastructure or construction projects
- Knowledge of document control standards and compliance requirements
- It would be great if you have experience supporting audits and quality processes
