Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on new build housing projects. This is a long term role at a site in Derby so we are looking for someone who wants a stable position.

Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, laying kerbs, paving, and concreting.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
Read and work from site plans and drawings where required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.
CPCS/NPORS roller and dumper tickets.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Ground Worker.
Valid CSCS card (essential).
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
