Summary

"We are seeking a dedicated Technical Development Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, this role is vital in enhancing our digital learning platforms and ensuring our resources meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Your work will directly support our mission to empower learners across the country."

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain technical solutions to improve our digital learning platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to implement technical enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online resources.
Assist in the integration of new technologies into our systems.
Ensure the security and performance of all digital assets.
Support team training on new tools and software.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Document technical processes and updates clearly for team reference.
Analyse data and working with numbers is key to this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical development or IT support, preferably within an educational or digital content environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and cloud platforms such as Google.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies.
