Packing Operative

Competitive Salary

6-2 / 2-10 on a rotating shift Monday-Friday, every other Saturday plus holiday cover.

Lloyds Animal Feeds are a family owned business with bases across the UK, supplying animal feed to the Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Poultry Market. As a key leader in the specialist feed field, Lloyds Animal Feeds works with customers to deliver a nutritional feed to produce the best quality of products.

To continue to support the production process, an opportunity has arisen for a Packing Operative to join our Oswestry Mill.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of operating packing machinery and lifting 25kg feed bags and loading onto pallets, although full training will be provided. With excellent communication and decision making skills, the successful candidate will be organised, accurate, work to a high standard of hygiene, meet deadlines, be a team player, act on their own initiative.

Must be able to commute as location is rural, with a certificate for a Counterbalance Forklift desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
