Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, and ensures smooth service throughout their visit. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Support food preparation activities as needed to assist kitchen staff during busy periods
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure guest safety

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially with food handling and customer interaction
Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and barista skills is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems effectively
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
A proactive team player who thrives on delivering excellent guest experiences
