DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR & MEDIA MANAGER

Home Care Service Centre

Part-time or full-time

Liverpool

£30,000–£35,000 per year full-time, or £16–£18 per hour part-time

HELP BRING HOME CARE SERVICE CENTRE TO THE DIGITAL STAGE

Home Care Service Centre is looking for a creative, energetic and commercially minded Digital Content Creator & Media Manager to help take our successful business into its next chapter.

We have been established for 35 years and have built a strong and successful home-services business, supported by a large customer database and a team of approximately 30 field-based engineers.

We now want someone to come into the business and give us an exciting new dimension—bringing the Home Care brand and everything we do to life across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.

This is a fantastic project for the right person. You will have the opportunity to create Home Care’s digital personality, tell our story and build a substantial library of engaging and professional video content covering every area of the business.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not simply a role involving scheduling the occasional social media post.

We are looking for a hands-on content creator who can get involved in the day-to-day life of Home Care Service Centre, identify interesting stories and turn them into engaging content.

You might be:

* Following one of our engineers for a “day in the life” video

* Filming an appliance repair or professional oven clean

* Creating a customer how-to video

* Producing a new product demonstration

* Recording an internal training video for our engineers

* Interviewing members of our team

* Creating a promotional campaign for one of our services

* Capturing the personality, activity and behind-the-scenes running of the business

We want to introduce a genuine “fly-on-the-wall” style of content that allows customers and potential employees to see the people, skills and personality behind Home Care Service Centre.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

* Developing and managing Home Care Service Centre’s digital content strategy

* Creating regular content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

* Planning, filming, editing and publishing professional video content

* Building and growing the Home Care Service Centre YouTube channel

* Producing short-form videos, longer YouTube features and social media reels

* Creating customer how-to videos covering appliance use, care and simple minor fixes

* Producing product demonstrations and promotional videos

* Creating professional training and instructional videos for our staff and engineers

* Filming “day in the life” and behind-the-scenes content across the business

* Working with our engineers to capture genuine footage from customer visits

* Creating videos that can be sent directly to customers through WhatsApp and other channels

* Using InVideo AI and other AI-assisted tools to create high-quality content efficiently

* Creating content campaigns that promote our services, products and care plans

* Engaging appropriately with our existing customer database

* Creating and managing paid social media advertising

* Maintaining a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule

* Monitoring views, engagement, enquiries, leads and sales generated by our content

* Helping to make the Home Care brand more recognisable and prominent across every digital channel

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is:

* Creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas

* Confident filming and editing video content

* Comfortable working with different personalities across the business

* Able to put engineers, staff members and customers at ease when filming

* Confident using InVideo AI or willing and able to master it quickly

* Experienced with platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

* Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software

* Able to create content suitable for different audiences and platforms

* A good storyteller who can make everyday business activity interesting and engaging

* Commercially aware and understands that content should ultimately generate trust, enquiries and sales

* Proactive and capable of working without constantly waiting for instructions

* Motivated by the opportunity to grow a successful established business digitally

* Willing to test new ideas, learn from the results and continuously improve

Experience creating paid social media advertising and working with customer databases, email campaigns or CRM systems would be an advantage.

WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE

The successful person will help us:

* Establish a strong and consistent Home Care presence across all major digital channels

* Create a recognisable personality for the Home Care brand

* Grow our YouTube and social media audiences

* Build a substantial library of customer and staff video content

* Educate customers and reduce avoidable enquiries through useful how-to videos

* Improve the training and development of our engineers and office staff

* Generate measurable customer enquiries, bookings and sales

* Make Home Care Service Centre more visible, modern and digitally accessible

WHAT WE OFFER

* A salary of £28,000–£35,000 per year for the full-time position

* Part-time or full-time working arrangements

* A minimum part-time commitment of approximately 24 hours per week
