18 hours permanent

Must be able to cover other staff when needed. (School holidays)
Leos barber shop are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Barber. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic environment, specialising in hair styling and barbering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive high-quality treatments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about hairstyling and customer care to develop their skills further.

Responsibilities

Engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering expert advice on hairstyles and grooming options
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
Staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products within the barbering industry
Promoting additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering roles is essential
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Organised with good time management skills.
