About the Role:

BMV Business Support Services Ltd believes that dependable customer support is a key part of every successful operation.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who can lead daily customer service activities, support a small team, and make sure clients receive clear, timely, and professional assistance. You will help manage enquiries, resolve service issues, improve response standards, and maintain a positive experience for every customer.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and confident leading people in a busy customer focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Help assign tasks, monitor workloads, support training, and provide guidance to customer service staff.

Client Communication:
Respond to customer concerns professionally and make sure clients receive accurate updates in a timely manner.

Service Quality:
Monitor service standards, review common issues, and recommend improvements to customer handling processes.

Complaint Resolution:
Handle escalated customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and a practical approach.

Reporting:
Prepare basic reports on enquiries, complaints, response times, and customer service performance.

Internal Coordination:
Work with operations, administration, logistics, and management teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, client support, call centre operations, office management, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.

Leadership:
You can guide a small team, support staff development, and help maintain a positive working environment.

Communication:
You are confident speaking with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and managers in a clear and professional way.

Organisation:
You can manage multiple enquiries, track follow ups, and keep records accurate.

Problem Solving:
You stay calm when handling complaints and can find practical solutions without unnecessary delay.

Computer Skills:
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, customer records, and basic office systems.

Mindset:
You are reliable, patient, service focused, and willing to take ownership of customer concerns until they are resolved.

Pay: £2,600.00-£3,300.00 per month
