As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and assisting in various front-of-house operations. Duties

Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks during peak hours.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
